Check-in is from 4:00 PM onward with self check-in. Instructions for check-in and keyless access to the property will be emailed to you on the morning of your arrival and we'll keep in touch via text. If you have any questions about check-in, please let us know in advance. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability

Yes absolutely! All dwellings are dog friendly, with a one time fee of $75 per dog. Dogs are the only pets allowed in the rentals.

A deposit of 50% of the total room rate (without taxes) is required to secure a room at The Leeway. For cancellations made more than 1 week prior to arrival, a full refund of your deposit will be issued. Cancellations made within the week of arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the stay. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will result in a full charge for the full stay. No-shows and early check-outs will not be refunded. Group reservations will be charged in full upon booking and are non-refundable.

Most room types feature a full kitchen, while our Standard Rooms include a refrigerator, coffee maker, and electric kettle. All accommodations come with premium Brooklinen and Bed Threads linens, Apotheke bath products, high-speed WiFi, smart TVs, air conditioning, and heat. Depending on your room type, you may also enjoy a private deck, terrace, or fireplace. Every guest has full access to our riverside amenities, including hammocks, Adirondack chairs, and fire pit.

The entire property gets great cell reception and there is Starlink internet ready to go.

Yes, thats the only way we rent the property. The house, Airstreams and tiny house can accommodate up to 14 guests (even more if you dont mind a pull out couch or camping!).
